Det er ogs\u00e5 vigtigt at implementere formaliserede procedurer og tr\u00e6ning, herunder en r\u00e6kke ressourcer som f.eks. en introduktionsvideo eller en virtuel rundvisning p\u00e5 arbejdspladsen. Virksomheder kan forbedre onboarding-processen ved at udpege en ansvarlig person, implementere vakuum-strukturerede procedurer og tr\u00e6ning, og etablere mentorordninger eller onboarding-partnere.
