I 2021 meddeler lidt under 40% af virksomhederne, at de oplever mangel p\u00e5 arbejdskraft. Den stigende udvikling fra 2013 til i dag kan anses som et forvarsel p\u00e5 arbejdsmarkedets fremtidige udfordringer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 12\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p><span>Yderligere <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ae.dk\/analyse\/2021-03-danmark-mangler-99000-faglaerte-i-2030\" rel=\"noopener\">data viser<\/a>, at der i 2030 vil v\u00e6re stor ubalance p\u00e5 arbejdsmarkedet, hvor der vil v\u00e6re mangel p\u00e5 99.000 fagl\u00e6rte, samtidig med at der vil v\u00e6re et overskud af ufagl\u00e6rt arbejdskraft p\u00e5 ca. 59.000 personer. Det er ikke kun et tab for IT-branchen, men for hele den digitale udvikling i samfundet. Fra januar til august 2021 er manglen p\u00e5 arbejdskraft i forhold til IT-konsulenter <a href=\"https:\/\/www.statistikbanken.dk\/20115\" rel=\"noopener\">steget med 8%, og ligger sammenlagt p\u00e5 27%<\/a>. Hvis ikke der er nok medarbejdere med de rigtige kompetencer, kan det betyde, at virksomhedens produktion begr\u00e6nses. Vi ser det allerede i byggebranchen, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.danskindustri.dk\/di-business\/arkiv\/nyheder\/2021\/5\/mangel-pa-medarbejdere-giver-store-begransninger-i-produktionen\/\" rel=\"noopener\">hvor hver tredje virksomhed<\/a> oplever produktionsbegr\u00e6nsninger som f\u00f8lge af mangel p\u00e5 arbejdskraft.<\/p>\n<p><span>Virksomheder, som ikke form\u00e5r at rekruttere kvalificeret arbejdskraft, kan risikere at m\u00e5tte afsl\u00e5 ordrer og \u00f8get indtjening, fordi de ikke har mandskab eller kompetencer nok til at udf\u00f8re arbejdet. M\u00e5 en virksomhed afsl\u00e5 flere ordre, rammes bundlinjen, og muligheden for nye projekter, videreudvikling og v\u00e6kst forhindres.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Samtidig kan manglen p\u00e5 arbejdskraft ogs\u00e5 for\u00e5rsage st\u00f8rre arbejdstryk p\u00e5 eksisterende medarbejdere. Dette kan betyde, at medarbejderne m\u00e5 l\u00f8be hurtigere i det daglige arbejde eller er n\u00f8dsaget til arbejde over, fordi de mangler kollegaer. For meget travlhed og store arbejdsbyrder\u00a0<\/span>\u00f8ger risikoen for fejl, og kvaliteten af arbejdet forringes. Hertil er der risiko for, at medarbejdernes trivsel ogs\u00e5 forringes, og derved kan faktorer som stress og lav arbejdsgl\u00e6de resultere i langtidssygemeldinger og eventuelle opsigelser \u2013 og dermed nye, omkostningsfulde rekrutteringer!<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 14\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p><span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">For at im\u00f8dekomme udfordringen om mangel p\u00e5 arbejdskraft, m\u00e5 den enkelte virksomhed \u00f8ge deres fokus p\u00e5 medarbejderrekruttering. Manglen p\u00e5 arbejdskraft \u00f8ger i mellemtiden virksomhedernes indbyrdes konkurrence om at tiltr\u00e6kke medarbejderne. Derfor er det vigtigt b\u00e5de at fastholde nuv\u00e6rende medarbejdere samtidig med, at man tiltr\u00e6kker og rekrutterer nye medarbejdere.<\/p>\n<p><span>For at styrke sin egen konkurrenceevne \u2013 og im\u00f8dekomme nuv\u00e6rende\u00a0<\/span>og fremtidige kompetenceudfordringer \u2013 er det afg\u00f8rende, at virksomheder form\u00e5r at markedsf\u00f8re deres arbejdsplads og g\u00f8re sig selv attraktiv overfor potentielle medarbejdere.<\/p>\n<p>Som virksomhed er det derfor vigtigt, at I skiller jer ud fra konkurrenterne og kommunikerer p\u00e5 en m\u00e5de, som rammer de kandidater, I \u00f8nsker.
