I de fleste tilf\u00e6lde vil det tal ikke overstige 10 mennesker. 10 mennesker, som din medarbejder kan n\u00e5 at tale godt om din virksomhed til. Forestil dig s\u00e5, hvor mange mennesker en medarbejder kan n\u00e5 ud og kommunikere til p\u00e5 \u00e9n og samme tid p\u00e5 f.eks. LinkedIn. At v\u00e6re en digital ambassad\u00f8r vil sige, at man som medarbejder er med til at sprede sin virksomheds gode historier og nyheder p\u00e5 de sociale medier og p\u00e5 den m\u00e5de indirekte anbefale andre at benytte sig af virksomhedens ydelser eller produkter.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 color_14\"><span>Det n\u00e6ste store sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l er s\u00e5, hvem der skal v\u00e6re dine digitale ambassad\u00f8rer, for det er bestemt ikke alle, der hverken har lyst eller egner sig til det. Din medarbejderstab kan muligvis deles op i tre kategorier: 1) Dem der allerede af sig selv deler og engagerer sig i virksomhedens opslag p\u00e5 de sociale medier, 2) dem der gerne vil g\u00f8re det, men som m\u00e5ske mangler lidt hj\u00e6lp til det, og 3) dem der bruger udtrykket, \u201dHvad er der nu galt med gode gammeldags samtaler?\u201d og ryster p\u00e5 hovedet, n\u00e5r bare ordet \u201dsociale medier\u201d n\u00e6vnes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 color_14\"><span>Kategori 1 beh\u00f8ver du ikke bruge kr\u00e6fter p\u00e5, for de har allerede helt styr p\u00e5 det. Kategori 3 kommer du nok ikke s\u00e5 langt med, selvom du pr\u00f8ver at p\u00e5virke dem. Kategori 2, derimod, er dem, hvor du virkelig har muligheden for at skabe nogle gode ambassad\u00f8rer. Og hvorfor s\u00e5 det, hvis de ikke ved s\u00e5 meget om det? Det du b\u00f8r g\u00f8re, er f\u00f8rst og fremmest at fort\u00e6lle dem, hvor stor en effekt det har, at de engagerer sig.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 color_14\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Den ene ting er, at vi som forbrugere efterh\u00e5nden har oprettet et spamfilter mod virksomheder, fordi alle virksomheder g\u00e5r ud og lover, at deres produkt eller service er det bedste i verden. S\u00e5 hvorfor skulle vi tro p\u00e5, hvad de fort\u00e6ller os? Det leder os til den anden ting, som handler om trov\u00e6rdighed. Generelt stoler vi meget mere p\u00e5 en person end p\u00e5 en virksomhed. En virkelig person af k\u00f8d og blod, som ved at v\u00e6re en ambassad\u00f8r fort\u00e6ller os, at denne her virksomhed kan vi alts\u00e5 stole p\u00e5. For hvem gider sige noget godt om en virksomhed, hvis de ikke selv tror p\u00e5 det?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 color_14\"><span><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Herefter b\u00f8r du give dem de rigtige v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer og viden til at kunne finde rundt p\u00e5 de sociale medier og f\u00f8le sig trygge ved at dele og sl\u00e5 ting op. N\u00e5r det er p\u00e5 plads, skal du give dem de absolut bedste og nemmeste foruds\u00e6tninger for at dele indhold. For n\u00e5r der g\u00e5r hverdag i det, er der hverken tid eller overskud til at huske p\u00e5 og f\u00f8lge med i, hvorn\u00e5r virksomheden sl\u00e5r noget op p\u00e5 de sociale medier. Til det findes der et hav af online v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer og programmer. Og omvendt, hvis indholdet bare ikke spiller, kan de ogs\u00e5 risikere at blive opfattet som uvidende og i v\u00e6rste fald inkompetente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 color_14\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">N\u00e5r vi skriver indhold, der er v\u00e6rd at dele, taler vi om content marketing, som handler om at producere v\u00e6rdifuldt og relevant viden, som folk rent faktisk kan bruge til noget. S\u00e5 vi taler ikke om salgstaler, der fort\u00e6ller hvor fantastisk dit produkt eller ydelse er. For det er der ingen, der gider at h\u00f8re p\u00e5. Tager vi LinkedIn, er der n\u00e6rmest opbygget en foragt for salgstaler, for det f\u00e5r vi nok af fra s\u00e5 mange andre steder.
